On top of Auyan-Tepui near the
precipice of Angel Falls in Canaima National Park, Venezuela. In
February 1997, on an expedition with renowned skydiving/BASE jumping cinematographer Tom Sanders, Bruce
became the 101st person to BASE jump from the top of Angel Falls--the
tallest waterfall in the world.

is a freelance writer/author, photographer, and illustrator, living in
Tampa, Florida. He has written and photographed seven books: Adventure

Bruce is also a frequent speaker and slide show presenter for
historical societies, libraries, booksellers, and writer's groups, and
he has taught travel writing seminars.
